Passing The Torch

Paul Quicke uses this sermon as an encouragement to our incoming Pastor (Craig Bosman) and to the church family at the time of Craig's induction.
This passage clearly sets out the commands given to Timothy by Paul (the apostle) at the time of his impending demise, so that Timothy will be able to continue the work that he, Paul, had started. 'He passes the torch to Timothy'. Calling him to, be sober, endure, do the work of an evangelist and to fulfill his ministry.
